We take great pride in delivering a quality product. All items are
inspected thoroughly before shipping.

All reading materials and event reservations are non-refundable.

Candles and other wax products that have been used are non-refundable.

However, in an effort to provide our customers with premium
service, we will replace, or refund products damaged during shipment. We only
ask that you provide a photo of the damage within one week of delivery to store@thenirise.org

You may also exchange your product for another candle of
the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. Please note, the buyer is
responsible for shipping cost on all return and shipping of exchanged items.
