• Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch (Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before
  lighting it each time)
• Burn candle long enough each time to melt the wax all the way across the top
  (This will ensure that your candle will burn evenly all the way down and
  prevent any tunneling)
• We recommend burning your candle 3-4 hours each time.
• Always burn candle on a candle safe area away from anything that can catch
  fire.
• Never leave candle unattended and keep away from children and pets.
• Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
• Stop burning your candle when there is 1/2 inch of wax left in the container

Refund/Exchange Policy

We take great pride in delivering a quality product. All items are
inspected thoroughly before shipping.

All reading materials and event reservations are non-refundable.

Candles and other wax products that have been used are non-refundable.

However, in an effort to provide our customers with premium
service, we will replace, or refund products damaged during shipment. We only
ask that you provide a photo of the damage within one week of delivery to store@thenirise.org

You may also exchange your product for another candle of
the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. Please note, the buyer is
responsible for shipping cost on all return and shipping of exchanged items.
